Project Shipyard — community of AI builders

We started AI Learn Circle in December 2024 because we kept meeting people who wanted to build with AI but had no idea where to start. So we ran workshops. We ran hackathons. We made it hands-on and kept the door open for everyone.

But somewhere along the way, the conversations changed.

People were not just asking how to use AI anymore. They were asking how to ship something with it. How to go from an idea they had been sitting on for months to something real that someone else could actually use.

So we built Project Shipyard for them.

Three Sundays. A small group of people who are serious about building. One rule: you ship something by the end. Not a deck. Not a doc. Something live. Something you can show someone and say, “Hey I made this, Would you like to use it?”

Because most people are not stuck on the idea. They are stuck on the belief that they can actually pull it off.

Shipyard is about breaking that. Getting over the block. Going from zero to your first user, your first piece of feedback, your $1. Whatever that first thing is for you.

It is Community led, weekend paced, and completely free to join. We bring together curious, ambitious builders who are genuinely serious about making something real with AI.

The demos end. The building does not.

The 3 Sunday Sprint System

You may come in with an idea or you may not. Both are fine. You leave with a problem worth solving and early proof that someone else thinks so too.

Find or sharpen your idea by talking about real problems in the room.
Decide who you are building for and what pain you are solving.
Talk to 10 real potential users before the Sunday ends. That is the homework.

Heads down. You build the thing. Mentors are in the room.

Get one full flow working end to end.
Fix what breaks with help from people who have been there.
End the day with Product Critique Dating where every builder shares their MVP and gets direct, honest feedback from fellow builders.

You stop building and start moving. This Sunday is about getting your product in front of the right people and making them use it or pay for it.

Define who you are targeting and why they should care right now.
Pick your GTM motion and execute it in the room. Cold emails written, leads found, content drafted.
Leave with a week one plan, not a slide about a week one plan.

You show what you built to a room full of builders, guests, and mentors.
